Do you need one or more hours of online self defence tuition? We offer 1-1 small groups, large groups, corporate and school online classes. You will learn how to prevent conflict, how to get away before you are in danger how to read potential threat. Easy to learn self defence techniques including knife awareness and many other useful techniques and strategies that can be applied in a conflict.

We will also cover legal aspect of self defence and much much more. 

Classes will be designed to the audience and their age. We will quote you depending on the amount of attendees usual price for around 30 attendees is £180 per hour.
